Working Methods
All members of staff and sub-contractors have been made aware of the company's requirements and have received the appropriate training in its operation.
All members of staff and sub-contractors used by the Company will be suitably qualified and trained to carry out the tasks required for the project.
The Directors/Director will determine the need for additional instructions and/or training following the initial site survey and liaison meetings with the client.
Any defects and problems encountered during operations will, in the first instance, be reported to the Directors/Director who will, where appropriate, bring the matter to the attention of the client and/or his representative.
The Directors/Director will be responsible for checking and inspecting the work carried out by the Company. However the Company will encourage the client and/or his representative to carry out inspections at key stages of the project.
The Company will leave the site clean and tidy and will remove any debris or waste produced during the project.
Materials
The Directors/Director will agree with the client and/or his representative a delivery schedule for materials to the site.
The Directors/Director will agree with the client and/or his representative a suitable storage area for these materials.
To ensure the quality of materials used in the project, the Company will only purchase materials from reputable suppliers with a proven record of supply.
Health and Safety
The Company maintains a Health, Safety and Welfare Policy and Guidelines, and ensures that all members of staff and sub contractors are aware of and adhere to its requirements.
Specific Health and Safety requirements of the client will be brought to the attention of all members of staff and sub contractors working on the project.
The Directors/Director will be responsible for carrying out a risk assessment of the site during the site survey.
